Rebecca blended Yoga Studies and Contemplative Psychology for her Interdisciplinary B.A. from Naropa University, and has continued to study yoga, from applied anatomy to the esoteric texts ever since. She is now an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 who has been teaching for 7 years. She simply knows in her heart that yoga is too good to not share, so is compelled to assist others in their development on the yogic path.

Are you a morning or a night person?


Would you rather be a ninja or a pirate, and why?

Ninja because there are more possibilities. A ninja could be a pirate, but a pirate could not be a ninja.

What was your favorite childhood television program?

Other than ​watching Sesame Street or French Muzzy, I wasn't really allowed to watch TV.​

What is usually your first thought when you wake up?

Either a happy one that I am able to spend the morning or day with my son, or an acknowledgement that my heart strings are pulled when I have to leave him for work, followed by a thankfulness that if I have to leave him that it's so do something I love.

What is one thing you would like to change about yourself?

I've been working on growing thicker skin for this entire lifetime.
