Heather Murillo was born and raised in Southern California. From a very young age Heather recognized two things; her passion for teaching, and the importance of health and wellness. She actually attempted her very first yoga poses after reading an article in Self magazine while on a family vacation. Heather began her teaching career in academics; first as a tutor, then a high school instructor and recently she has incorporated her love of teaching with her passion for health and wellness. Heather works to incorporate balanced sequencing with a power vinyasa style flow that will leave you feeling refreshed and maybe a little more at peace.
Heather teaches mainly Power Vinyasa Flow from Level 1 through Level 2-3. She has experience teaching inversions and arm balances and typically incorporates those into the practice. Heather has also taught beginner Vinyasa yoga in public schools to both teachers and students.
