A mix of tofu, veggies, and grains. My fiancé Sandra calls it “mush-mash with cheese and spices.” It’s a combo of healthy foods that I love and are good for the mind and body. I also make a great lasagna.
I paint abstract landscapes on wood panels. My mother excelled in the arts – painting, drawing, writing, everything. I like to think I was blessed to receive her gift of creativity.
Maybe an octopus. I like the idea of reaching out to the world with all of those arms.

Take a guided meditation with Brian as he travels through all the 7 chakras, the energy wheels of the body. Start at the root chakra, the base of the spine and move all the way up to the crown chakra, the top of the head. Grab a cushion, a pillow, a blanket or even sit in a chair. Get comfortable and start to breathe.
Slow it down and take it easy with this Gentle Yoga class with Brian. Good for beginners and any student looking to move at a decreased rate but still getting into the body and the breath.
