This is a nice flow class with Yogi Nora for beginners. There will be some lovely sun salutes and tips and tricks along the way. You might want to grab a block and a strap.

Since everyday is not the same Yogi Nora designed a flow for when you are feeling tired or sluggish. Stepping onto your mat everyday feels wonderful because it gets you moving and breathing. So take this session nice and slow. Grab a pillow, blanket, and a couple of blocks if you have them.

Get into your abs for 15 minutes with Yogi Nora. This can be thrown into your practice as a little abs maintenance. Work some twists and some low abs to help you with your jump throughs and jump backs. Ready-Set-Go!
