This is a flow designed by Daniel to first open up your upper and lower back and release tension in the chest. As your body starts to warm and open up you will get the opportunity to work into Natarajasana, Lord of the Dance Pose. Daniel keeps it light and fun, even in the most challenging postures. You might want a block and a strap.

Short on time but still want a strong thorough routine? This class is a 45min power yoga class that has both strong holds and some nice flows. You'll get all done in 45 minutes which is perfect for anybody on a tight schedule.
This is a nice and firm routine. Be prepared for some long holds. Do your best, keep breathing, take breaks when you need to and you will walk away feeling wonderful.
