This class is half power yoga with a alignment focus and half deep stretch yin. The standing focus is a slow alignment class, no vinyasa. The Yin is a hip and hamstring class. Everything is about alignment and moves slow. There are no warm up A's or B's, but you will still get an amazing workout. This class is one of his favorite classes to teach and will leave you feeling amazing.
