Join Mackenzie for a 60min yin class predominantly focussing on the hips and low back. This class will also get into the internal and external hip rotators. You may want a block and a blanket for this class. You spend about 3-5 minutes in each posture. Start at about 60-70% of your maximum stretch.
Join Yogi Nora with a Yin class on the wall. You will get deeper into your body more than usual by using posturing on the wall. It is recommended to do this routine with a wall.
This is a restorative type class with a Yin feeling. All the poses are held longer and are more gentle and approachable in nature. Enjoy a deep release for the back of your legs and a class that will leave you feeling open and free of tension.
