Everything is about alignment and moves slow. There are no warm up A's or B's, but you will still get an amazing workout. This class is one of his favorite classes to teach and will leave you feeling amazing.
This is a half power vinyasa class with the other half yin. This is Daniel's "Broken" routine, which means he decided to take one of the warm up b's and hold each pose in a entire round for longer 5 breaths instead of 1 breath. Enjoy a well balanced practice.
This is a studio favorite, it includes a very fun warm up b series which has deep hamstring stretches as well as warrior 1's and warrior 2's. After warm up series the class goes through a strong flow and finishes up with some deep stretches at the end.
Daniel took requests and the students asked for triangle, half moon, front splits & some balances with a creative warm up routine. This class is geared towards level 1 & 2 with options to modify. Short and sweet 1hr power yoga class.
