This class works on vertical split, which prepares you for some inversions, like handstand and headstand. She finishes the class off with a nice series of backbends, you will feel amazing.

Absolutely loved this one! Had a couple of breakthroughs (physical and emotional), and was able to hold a handstand for several more breaths and far more control than just a few days ago. Favoriting this video asap :]
Nicely delivered class, good speed and really gets into some deep places. I was very sore coming into this class today and needed opening, feeling better now, especially cow face pose at the end was great! Will try again when I’m feeling stronger, will be interesting comparison 🙂 Thank you.
Loved that this motivated me to push my mental limits when I was shaking in headstand with tired shoulders and would normally give in! Hamstrings are always a work in progress and this helped me accept where mine are today. Great class 🙂
